All shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery tracking number (if applicable). Masks are sent via postage letter and therefore not trackable.

When purchasing from Farley Avenue outside of Australia, your order may be subject to your country’s import duties, taxes and/or customs fees. You will not have any import tax or duty charges applied at checkout or included in the final transaction total. Any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery will be the responsibility of the delivery recipient prior to delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Not quite right? There’s no point keeping an item if you’re not satisfied that it’s right for you.

If you wish to exchange or return your item and comply with the below parameters please email us at hello@farleyavenue.com. Provide your order number, name and contact details (phone and postal address) so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Once you’ve heard from us, mail the item/s to:

We’ll be in touch again once we receive your item/s to arrange your refund or exchange.

Farley Avenue offers a refund or exchange for change of mind on most full price and reduced merchandise. The following change of mind timeframes apply:

  • Pop Up Store: 30 days from date of purchase
  • Online (Australia/New Zealand): 30 days from date of registered delivery received
  • Online (International): 45 days from order placement

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;
  • The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.

Exceptions to the above Consumer Guarantees:

  • Our change of mind policy does not apply to cosmetics, earrings and underwear due to hygiene reasons.
  • You are responsible for all costs (including shipping) associated with sending the item/s you wish to return or exchange back to our office, unless returning a faulty item. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

Our Change of Mind Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or any drop in value of the product (if you choose to keep it). 

If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Please return your faulty item/s following the procedure outlined above in our Return Policy.

When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, Farley Avenue will arrange return postage on your behalf or refund postage costs upon presentation of receipt/s. This is subject to confirmation that your item is deemed faulty.
